About Zilzie
Zilzie is a coastal locality in the Livingstone Shire of Queensland, located on the Capricorn Coast 47 kilometres east-north-east of Rockhampton. Named after Zilzie Point, itself named after a property owned by Arthur Bootle Wilbraham who made an anagram of Lizzie, his wife's name, the locality features headlands including Rocky Point, Arthurs Point and Cocoanut Point, the latter within the Capricorn Coast National Park. A boat ramp and floating walkway on Coorooman Creek provide water access.
