About Dromedary (Qld)
Dromedary is a rural locality in the Central Highlands of central Queensland, about 219 kilometres south-east of Emerald, with the rugged Expedition Range along its western boundary and the Dawson Highway running through it. It is a sparsely settled pastoral area used for grazing, with Mount Dromedary among its notable highlands.
