About Humboldt
Humboldt is a vast remote locality in the Central Highlands Region of Queensland, about 143 kilometres south-east of Emerald. The Dawson Highway passes along its southern boundary near the Expedition Range, and the Humboldt National Park and State Forest lie to the north-east, protecting Brigalow and eucalypt woodland.
