About Cona Creek

Cona Creek is a vast remote rural locality in the Central Highlands Region of Queensland, south-west of Emerald and near Springsure. The locality takes its name from Cona Creek, which rises in Carnarvon National Park and flows through the area. The landscape is characterised by remote pastoral country in the central Queensland Highlands, with Emerald providing services about 100 kilometres away.
