About Waugh Pocket
Waugh Pocket is a rural locality in the Cairns Region of Queensland, situated approximately 16 kilometres south of Babinda and 18 kilometres north-east of Innisfail. The locality is bounded to the north-east by the Bruce Highway and was named after Robert Waugh, a early settler and councillor.
