About Topaz
Topaz is a remote rural locality in the Tablelands Region of Queensland, situated approximately 21 kilometres south-east of Malanda on the Atherton Tablelands. Known for its gold-mining history from the 1870s to 1914, the area is bordered by the spectacular Wooroonooran National Park.
