About Macalister Range
Macalister Range is a coastal locality in the Cairns Region of Queensland, containing the mountain range of the same name behind Cairns' northern suburbs. Almost all of the locality is undeveloped forest within Kuranda and Macalister Range national parks, and it is crossed by the Skyrail Rainforest Cableway and the Kuranda Range Road.
