About Pullenvale
Pullenvale is a prestigious semi-rural suburb on Brisbane outer west fringe, approximately 16 kilometres from the CBD in the southern foothills of Mount Elphinstone. Defined by generous acreage properties, horse paddocks, and bushland, it borders the D'Aguilar National Park and is one of Brisbane highest-income suburbs. Originally an area of timber-getting and dairying, large-scale subdivision into residential acreages began in the 1960s and 70s, preserving its green-belt character. Moggill Road and the Western Freeway connect residents to the city in 30 to 40 minutes.
