About Brownlow Hill
Brownlow Hill is a small village in the Macarthur Region of New South Wales, in Wollondilly Shire, north-west of Camden. The district began as a government stock farm on land granted to Alexander Macleay, the Colonial Secretary, in 1827, and is home to the heritage-listed Brownlow Hill estate.
