About Orangeville
Orangeville is a small town in the Macarthur Region of New South Wales, Australia, located in Wollondilly Shire 83 kilometres west of Sydney near the Blue Mountains National Park. Named after the first Valencia oranges planted here in 1905 by Charles Duck, the area was originally colonial farming country. It is home to the Brownlow Hill Estate (1827), a nationally significant colonial garden and landscape on the NSW State Heritage Register.
