About Kirkham
Kirkham is a largely undeveloped suburb in the Macarthur Region of south-western Sydney, within Camden Council. The area holds early colonial history as the site of explorer John Oxley's 1810 Kirkham property; the heritage-listed Camelot homestead, built on Oxley's old mill foundations, featured prominently in the television series A Place to Call Home.
