About Miling
Miling is a small town in the Shire of Moora in the Western Australian wheatbelt, about 200 km north of Perth on the Great Northern Highway. The town was established when the railway reached it in 1925, becoming the terminus of the Clackline to Miling branch line, and the surrounding district has grown wheat and other cereal crops since 1906. Miling remains a major grain receival point for the Cooperative Bulk Handling network.
