About Bluff Point

Bluff Point is a northern coastal suburb of Geraldton, Western Australia, located five kilometres from the CBD on the south bank of the Chapman River. Gazetted in 1972, the area features a lighthouse from 1876 and a historic railway junction from 1886. Heritage sites include the Gatekeepers Cottage and a Federation-style school (1913). The suburb was known for tomato cultivation and the Butter and Bacon Factory established in 1922.
