About Beresford
Beresford is a northern coastal suburb of Geraldton, Western Australia, located two kilometres from the CBD. Gazetted in 1972 and named after an early settler family, it sits on Yamatji Country with elevated topography and Indian Ocean frontage. The suburb is popular for kite-surfing and windsurfing, and features a $23 million foreshore enhancement completed in 2018.
