About Watermans Bay

Watermans Bay is a northern coastal suburb of Perth, Western Australia, located 18 kilometres north-west of the CBD within the City of Stirling. Named after Alfred Waterman, who built the first house here in 1908, the suburb features a sheltered beach for swimming and snorkelling. It is home to the Star Swamp, a 96-hectare conservation area, and the Water Tower Museum, a converted 1940 water tank.
