About Trigg

Trigg is a coastal residential suburb of Perth in the City of Stirling, Western Australia, located 14 kilometres from the Perth CBD. Named after Henry Trigg, Superintendent of Public Works for the Swan River Colony in 1842, the suburb features Trigg Island, a small island off the coast, Trigg Beach which is popular for board riding, surfing and bodyboarding, and Mettam's Pool, a snorkelling beach to the north of the main surf area. The Trigg Nature Reserve is opposite the beach and Clarko Reserve near Trigg Island is a popular park.
