About Doubleview
Doubleview is an inner coastal suburb of Perth, about 11 km northwest of the CBD in the City of Stirling. Named for its panoramic dual views of the Indian Ocean to the west and the Darling Range to the east, it sits on elevated ground along Scarborough Beach Road. Much of the suburb comprises post-war housing, including government-built homes for returned World War II soldiers, alongside 1960s International-style residences in the south.
