About Scarborough (WA)

Scarborough is a coastal suburb of Perth, Western Australia, about 14 km north-west of the city centre, located along the coast of the Indian Ocean. It was named after the English beach resort of Scarborough in North Yorkshire. Scarborough Beach is one of Western Australia's most popular beaches, with a strong surf culture, and the suburb is home to a redeveloped beachfront featuring the Snake Pit skate park and a beachside pool.
