About Yalla-Y-Poora
Yalla-Y-Poora is a rural locality near Tatyoon in western Victoria, site of the historic Yalla-Y-Poora pastoral station, which dates from the 1840s. Its bluestone homestead complex, built from the 1860s for pastoralist John Ware, includes a manager's cottage, smithy, coach house and stables, with the two-storey Edwardian Freestyle main house completed in 1905.
