About Poolaijelo

Poolaijelo is a remote rural locality in Victoria's far south-west, situated near the South Australian border approximately 35 km west of Casterton. The name is of Aboriginal origin. The area features wide, flat pastoral landscapes used for sheep and cattle grazing and wheat farming. The nearby Glenelg River is popular for canoeing, fishing, and bushwalking.
