About Dergholm

Dergholm is a small rural locality in far western Victoria, situated approximately 370 kilometres west of Melbourne near the South Australian border in the Glenelg Shire. The locality is best known for Dergholm State Park, a protected area featuring diverse woodlands, open forests, heaths and ancient granite boulders at Baileys Rocks estimated to be over 500 million years old. The park traversed by the Glenelg River is home to varied birdlife, reptiles and sugar gliders.
