About Seville East
Seville East is a town in the Shire of Yarra Ranges in Victoria, about 46 kilometres north-east of Melbourne, adjoining Seville on the Warburton Highway in the Yarra Valley. It is part of the Seville fruit-growing district, an area of orchards and berry farms whose settlement began in the 1870s and which today also produces wine from local vineyards. A local post office operated from 1954 until 1969.
