About Buffalo

Buffalo is a small town in the South Gippsland region of Victoria, located between Foster and Leongatha. The township originated as a rail-side settlement on the Great Southern Rail Line, which operated from the late 1800s until the early 1990s. The former rail corridor is now part of the Great Southern Rail Trail.
