About Howqua Inlet

Howqua Inlet is a lakeside locality at the mouth of the Howqua River on Lake Eildon, roughly 15 kilometres south of Mansfield in Victoria's High Country. The Howqua River is a designated Victorian Heritage River, celebrated for year-round trout fishing, and the inlet is a popular launching point for boating and camping on the lake. Mansfield provides services and access to the Mount Buller ski resort to the north-east.
