About Chiltern Valley
Chiltern Valley is a rural locality in the Hume region of Victoria, located 32 kilometres north-east of Wangaratta and 7 kilometres west of Chiltern. The shallow valley encloses Black Dog Creek, with Box Ironbark forest to its north. The area has a gold mining heritage, with mine tailings visible along Chiltern Valley Road.
