About Borung
Borung is a locality in the Shire of Loddon in north central Victoria, about 21 kilometres north-east of Wedderburn and 83 kilometres north-west of Bendigo. The small farming district had its own school, and its Mechanics Institute, built in 1941, remains a local landmark.
