About Mysia

Mysia is a small rural locality in the Shire of Loddon in north-central Victoria, about 243 kilometres north of Melbourne and 18 kilometres south of Boort. The area is used for wheat and sheep farming on the flat to gently undulating plains of the Loddon district. Notable landmarks include the restored War Memorial School, opened in 1921 as a tribute to local servicemen, and a large mud-brick general store dating from 1883.
