About Sulky

Sulky is a small rural locality in the Scenic Rim Region of south-east Queensland, situated in the foothills of the McPherson Ranges approximately 40 kilometres south-west of Beaudesert. The area is characterised by cattle grazing, macadamia orchards and remnant subtropical bushland on the rolling terrain of the Scenic Rim. Sulky lies within the broader Scenic Rim landscape, with the nearby town of Rathdowney providing local services and the surrounding area featuring a mix of cleared grazing land and remnant native vegetation.
