About Cabbage Tree
Cabbage Tree is a small rural locality in the Hepburn Shire of Victoria, about three kilometres south of Creswick. During the gold rushes of the 1850s it was home to the Rose of Australia Hotel, licensed to Thomas Quinn in 1858 and later known as Quinn's Hotel. The district today comprises rolling hills of grazing farmland.
