About Flinders Park

Flinders Park is a western suburb of Adelaide, South Australia, located approximately 5.3 kilometres northwest of the Adelaide city centre within the City of Charles Sturt. Named after the English navigator and cartographer Matthew Flinders, many of its streets also bear the names of famous explorers. Bounded by Grange Road to the north, the River Torrens to the south, and Findon Road to the west, the suburb features numerous parks and open green spaces along the river, as well as local schools including Flinders Park Primary School and the Nazareth Catholic College secondary campus on Holbrooks Road.
