About Croydon (SA)
Croydon is an inner north-western suburb of Adelaide, South Australia, located approximately five kilometres from the CBD within the City of Charles Sturt. Named after Croydon in London, the suburb features a grid streetscape of interwar weatherboard and brick cottages. It has strong Greek and Italian heritage communities and is served by the Outer Harbor railway line.
