Winfield is a rural locality in the Bundaberg Region, about 62 kilometres north-west of Bundaberg on the Burnett River plains. The area supports sugarcane farming and horticulture, and includes the heritage-listed 1926 weatherboard building of Winfield State School, which has served the community since 1924.
