About Tuan Forest
Tuan Forest is a coastal locality in Queensland about 16 km south-east of Maryborough, split between the Gympie Region and the Fraser Coast Region. The locality lies within the Tuan State Forest, with a mix of plantation and production forestry, and the Great Sandy Strait forms part of its eastern boundary. It contains the mostly undeveloped town of Tawan on its south-east coast.
