About Kybong
Kybong is a rural locality about 11 kilometres south-east of Gympie in the Wide Bay region. The Bruce Highway passes through from south-east to north, and the Mary River forms the western boundary. A state school operated from 1905 to 1960, and the area is a quiet farming community near the highway corridor.
