About Kepnock
Kepnock is a suburb of Bundaberg in the Bundaberg Region, Queensland, Australia. Situated 3.9 kilometres south-east of Bundaberg Central on a low-lying coastal plain, it is an almost entirely residential area with small commercial premises along Bundaberg-Port Road. The suburb is home to Kepnock State High School, which opened in 1964. Kepnock lies on the traditional lands of the Taribelang Bunda people and was affected by flooding from the Burnett River during the 2011 Queensland floods and ex-Tropical Cyclone Oswald in January 2013.
