About Eurong
Eurong is a town and locality on the eastern coast of K'gari (formerly Fraser Island), the World Heritage-listed island off Queensland, lying on the famous 75 Mile Beach. The settlement, on the traditional land of the Butchulla people, was surveyed and subdivided in 1963 and is now the site of the K'gari Beach Resort, formerly Eurong Beach Resort.
