About Doolbi

Doolbi is a rural locality in the Bundaberg Region of Queensland's Wide Bay, situated immediately east of the town of Childers and bordered to the south by the Bruce Highway. The area is dominated by sugar cane farming and was historically home to the Doolbi Sugar Mill, whose remnants including a brick chimney are recognised for local heritage value.
