About Jensen
Jensen is a suburb of Townsville in the City of Townsville, Queensland, located 19.6 kilometres west of the Townsville central business district in the Northern Beaches area. Officially named and bounded on 27 July 1991, the suburb is bounded by the Bruce Highway to the north and the Black River and Alice River to the west. Deeragun Police Station is located at 3 Veales Road at the corner of the Bruce Highway. Colonial Park in Macquarie Street is a notable landmark.
