About Granite Vale
Granite Vale is a largely uninhabited rural locality in the City of Townsville in north Queensland, in rugged country at the foot of the Hervey Range. The land falls steeply from heights of about 600 m in the west to the coastal plains in the east, and part of Pinnacles National Park lies within the locality.
