About Dalrymple Creek
Dalrymple Creek is a rural locality in the Shire of Hinchinbrook in north Queensland, about 30 kilometres south-west of Ingham. The Herbert River forms its south-western boundary, with sugarcane farming on the river flats and mountainous, mostly undeveloped hinterland containing part of the Abergowrie State Forest. The locality is within reach of Wallaman Falls, Australia's highest permanent waterfall.
