About Placid Hills
Placid Hills is a mixed-use locality on the western outskirts of Gatton, in the Lockyer Valley of Queensland, about 97 km west of Brisbane. Gazetted in 2000, it is largely a rural-residential area, with grazing and cropping to the south. The Western railway line forms part of its northern boundary.
