About Fordsdale
Fordsdale is a rural locality in the Lockyer Valley Region of south-east Queensland, about 41 kilometres south-west of Gatton. The rugged terrain features lower creek flats that support vegetable growing and stone fruit cropping, and it is traversed by Silky Oak Creek and Ma Ma Creek flowing into the Lockyer Creek system, with Dwyers Scrub Regional Park in the west.
