About Black Duck Creek
Black Duck Creek is a rural locality in the Lockyer Valley Region of Queensland, in a north-south valley formed by the creek of the same name. Black Duck Creek State School opened there in 1910 on land donated by a local resident; in 1922 the school building was moved to neighbouring Junction View to reopen as Junction View State School.
