Lefthand Branch is a rural locality in the southern Lockyer Valley, set in elevated country about 26 kilometres south of Gatton and 83 kilometres west of Brisbane. A narrow valley extends through the locality along Lefthand Branch creek, surrounded by grazing land, forested pockets and scattered farmsteads.
