About Mons
Mons is a rural residential locality in the Sunshine Coast Region of Queensland, Australia, located 3.5 kilometres west of Buderim. Named after the World War I Battle of Mons in 1914, the area has fruit farming heritage and was served by the Buderim-Palmwoods Tramway from 1915 to 1935. It features the Mons Station Nature Reserve and large-lot residential properties.
