About Warenda
Warenda is an outback locality in the Shire of Boulia in Queensland's Channel Country, north-east of the town of Boulia. Its watercourses are part of the Lake Eyre drainage basin and mostly dry up before reaching the lake. Notable features include Mount Unbunmaroo, rising to 387 metres, and Mount Ninmaroo, and the predominant land use is grazing on native vegetation.
