About Woolmar
Woolmar is a rural locality in the Somerset Region of South East Queensland, situated immediately west of Kilcoy and approximately 113 kilometres north-west of Brisbane. The D'Aguilar Highway passes through the locality, which is characterised by open paddocks, rural homes and elevated terrain reaching higher than 400 metres above sea level in the west. Kilcoy Creek marks a small section of the eastern boundary, and the area reflects the quiet, dispersed rural character of the northern Somerset country.
