About Sandy Creek (Qld)

Sandy Creek is a sprawling rural locality in the Somerset Region of Queensland, situated approximately 92 kilometres north-west of Brisbane near Kilcoy. The landscape features elevated terrain along the southern Conondale Range, with parts of the range protected within Bellthorpe National Park. The locality is characterised by grazing country, timbered slopes and open paddocks with a quiet, dispersed rural settlement pattern.
