About Goorganga Plains
Goorganga Plains is a coastal locality in the Whitsunday Region of Queensland, about 9.4 km south of Proserpine. The Proserpine River forms most of its northern boundary and the Coral Sea its eastern boundary, with Thompson Creek marking the southern boundary. The Bruce Highway follows the south-western edge of the locality.
