About Dows Creek
Dows Creek is a rural locality in the Pioneer Valley hinterland of the Mackay Region, about 50 kilometres west of Mackay and 13 kilometres north-west of Mirani. The landscape features fertile sugarcane country and dry tropical bush, lying within the agricultural belt supplying the Mackay sugar industry.
